Joe Croft, Head of Environmental & Sustainability at fit-out specialist Overbury & Morgan Lovell was one of the speakers at BRE’s Healthy Buildings conference, held on 2 April at Arup’s London HQ in partnership with EVORA.
The day examined the health and wellbeing agenda from the landlord and tenant perspective and the challenges for implementation. Most importantly it described the practical steps that owners and tenant qs could do to improve buildings within their existing budgets through improved thermal comfort, air quality, lighting and biophilic design.
Joe gave a wide-ranging and practical talk about what to consider when planning a fit-out, with health and wellbeing in mind.
