A growing number of construction products with low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions are helping to improve indoor air quality, but there is definitely room for improvement, says Roy Stansbury, founder of Air Quality Plan. One issue for the industry is the need for a greater understanding of the air quality performance gap.

Air Quality Plan prepares site-specific Indoor Air Quality Plans to help gain the first credit under BREEAM Hea02 or LEED IEQ Credit 3.1. It also provides post-construction testing for VOCs and Formaldehyde to gain a further credit under Hea02 or IEQ 3.2.
